There is a large amount of neglect going on, which is where our teachers step in. They see children come to school dirty, etc. They may have them take showers, give clean clothing. They see kids very hungry who didn’t eat. They might come to school and fall asleep because stayed up all night waiting for mom or dad to come home…"
