  • FLASH Sexual Health Education Curriculum Comprehensive sexual health education curriculum developed by Public Health—Seattle & King County, Washington. Designed to prevent teen pregnancy, STDs, and sexual violence; available for elementary, middle, high school, and special education classrooms.
  • My Rights My Life is a complete, inclusive, free, downloadable curriculum on healthy relationships and safer sexuality designed for young adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities by SAFE. It includes PowerPoints and a facilitator’s guide, and can be used by educators, parents, disability service providers, victim service agencies, and more.

 Trauma-Informed Care

  • Child Trauma Toolkit for Educators National Child Traumatic Stress Network's 21-page Toolkit for Educators provides school staff and parents with basic information about working with traumatized children from preschool to high school. Describes the psychological and behavioral impact of trauma on children, and provides suggestions for educators.
  • Trauma-Informed Care Training Two-hour training by the Texas Department of Family and Protective Services to assist families, caregivers, and other social service providers in understanding trauma-informed care, child traumatic stress, and compassion fatigue.
